Calibration of instrumentation is crucial to ensuring proper product output and the absolutes in dealing with counting applications, straight weighing applications, check weighing, batching, filling, shipping and almost all aspects related to the client’s processes. Calip-One uses only state-of-the-art calibration weight standards that have a rigid testing schedule, and is licensed by the State of Illinois (License Number 1563).

Calip-One is unique in offering a very detailed and comprehensive reporting system for the calibration of scale equipment. We provide service agreements customized to the client’s requirements. Calip-One supplies complete scale/scale peripheral lists, Scale Data Certificates or Standard Calibration Reports, Weight Certificates, ISO/IEC 17025 Certificates and other reports which enhance the client’s Quality System. These documents are placed in a binder specifically designed for the client’s business which is retained by the client’s Quality Assurance personnel. Calip-One retains an identical binder on file, as well on CD-ROM at its offices. There is no extra charge for this service which meets or exceeds the Guidelines for ISO/IEC 17025.
